Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:   

  • The product was received in the last 7 days
  • The product is in its original packaging

Go to My Account, select the order and the items you are returning, and print the return label. Send the product with its original packing to the seller’s address. Please remember to use a shipping service that provides a tracking mechanism, such as delivery confirmation. The refund will be issued within 30 days of the seller's receipt of the returned package. 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with return of a product are non-refundable. If the buyer is unable to receive the order at the address provided, shipping charges are non-refundable as well. 

In general, if the order was shipped by the seller and then returned by the buyer, the seller is responsible for shipping charges they incurred when they shipped the order to the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for shipping charges they incurred when they shipped it back to the seller. 

Other situations

The seller may need to cancel your order. In that case we will issue a full refund of the order total including the shipping charges within 7 days.

Please notify us if you did not receive your order within 2 weeks of shipment or within 3 weeks of order placement. Please do so within 30 days of order placement. We are unable to issue refunds after 30 days of order placement.
